A business partner who specializes in finding the right staff and keeping them. We assist companies with ideas and plans to reward their staff and create a happy working environment by bringing FUN back into business. We love to SOLVE things.
How do you see the future of your line of business in Swest?
We feel that a great deal of emphasis is on getting the working environment compliant with the act and what the government expects from business. Having that in place, we would love to assist in focussing more on mere reward and general "thank you's" to staff.
