The friendly people, the spectacular scenery of the surrounding mountains and being a chef and restaurant owner, the abundance and quality of fresh produces that I can use in my menus.
How long have you been operating here?
Willowbrook Lodge and D'Vine Restaurant have been well known in Somerset West for long time, but my wife and I bought the property in 2006.

D'Vine is a fine dining Restaurant, that has been listed for many years among the Top 100 in SA. We cater for the most discerning clients, offering an impecable service in a elegant yet warm enviroment. We also organize weddings and private functions, offering the unique venue of our enchanted gardens, right to the river front.
How do you see the future of your line of business in Swest?
We have great expectations for the future of our already thriving business.
In your opinion, where's the "swestiest" place to be right now?
Sitting in our beautiful gardens, taking in the splendid view of the Heldeberg mountains, enjoying our delicious cuisine!
